The Clallam Marine Resources Committee, Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe, and Clallam Conservation District are teaming up again this year to improve the nearshore habitat on Ediz Hook. Volunteers are needed to help plant 2,500 bareroot plants.
LOCATION: Ediz Hook in Port Angeles
DATES/TIMES:
March 26 (Tues) from 10:00AM – Noon OR 12:30PM – 2:00PM
March 28 (Thurs) from 10:00AM – Noon OR 12:30PM – 2:00PM
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Please bring gloves, raingear, and a shovel or other planting tool if available. (There will be limited shovels on hand for volunteers that don’t have one.)
- Water and snacks will be provided.
- Due to space limitations registration is required.
