Mandatory COVID-19 Testing for Government Employees 1/10/22

** Return to work and COVID testing is delayed until Tues 1/11/22 **

In order to ensure a safe return to work for our staff and community LEKT is implementing mandatory COVID-19 testing for all staff prior to reporting to their worksites.

These tests will be rapid antigen tests that you will do on yourself, and report the results via SmartSheet:

The testing will begin (1/10/22) Monday morning at 8:00 am in the dining hall.

Testing times will be by last name:

A-C from 8:00 to 8:30
D-H from 8:30 to 9:00
J-M from 9:00 to 9:30
P-W from 9:30 to 10:00

If you were tested on 1/5/22 or 1/6/22 and we have confirmation of a negative test result you can report to work at your scheduled work time Monday morning.

If you tested negative in the last 3 days outside of LEKT and can provide confirmation of a negative test via SmartSheet link below prior to Monday you can return to work at your scheduled work time.

If you have had COVID in the last 60 days you are exempt from testing.

For your resource is the updated LEKT COVID testing and quarantine guidance. These are the new guidelines that differ from the CDC.

The employee COVID policy is currently being updated and will be shared once it is complete, until then please refer to this document. The Children’s House of Learning will be following a different protocol for classroom exposures.

Please limit your interactions with those outside your household, and stay home when sick, and stay tuned for updated LEKT COVID employee policies.
