$25 kitchen use (For prep, or storage, Not cooking)

$200 cleaning fee (Only applies if room is not left in orderly fashion)

$200 Deposit (Only for kitchen and the Great Hall, refunded after inspection. can be substituted with Check, Debit or Credit Card on file)
